Staff report Forbes ranks Richmond seventh in its 10th annual list of the Best Places for Business and Careers, released this evening. According to Forbes, this is Richmond's first appearance in its top ten. Raleigh, N.C., tops the list for the second straight year, and the Southeast is home to half the top ten for the third straight year, according to the Forbes Web site.
